It is your responsibility to inform your complete shipping address and contactable phone number to avoid any delay and/or undelivered package.
Package which is lost after it has been processed by the logistic company is beyond our responsibility.

We will try to assist on tracking the package with the logistic company. But please bear in mind, if the package is lost, you will need to reorder the items again.
